The boat: any sailing yacht or catamaran from the partner fleets — bareboat price applies (sailing yachts from €1,500/week, catamarans from €3,000/week). The skipper: €150–200/day on top, paid per fleet terms; they need their own cabin or berth and join you for the whole week. The division of labour: the skipper sails, docks, anchors, watches the weather and keeps the boat safe; you swim, eat, explore and decide the mood of each day. Route: agreed together at the Monday-morning briefing — or handed to the skipper entirely, which many crews do and never regret.
